There are 6 beds in our paediatric ICU. In order to assist the sick babies, the PICU is well-equipped with monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators. One PICU is centralized with suction system. The hospital ward is adequately supplied with emergency drugs. We have infusion pumps, skilled nurses on call, and a senior resident doctor on call around the clock to care for the patients.
There is a state of art 21 bedded NICU in the hospital. There are two sections of the NICU, one for babies born outside of the hospital and the other for babies born inside the hospital. There are monitor and infusion pumps for critical management of the Neonates. There are ventilators and Bubble CPAP's. There is centralized oxygen supply and suction system. The Bilirubeino meter is available for checking the bilirubin of the new born. Senior residents, junior- residents, ,technicians and trained nurses are available for the of the patient round the clock.
